CFV App

I am looking into creating a CFV app that would allow you to download it from ITunes and then get “push notifications” to your smartphone. The daily WOD and any other news will all be sent to you via a push notification and you would be able to comment etc without having to access your computer. The app will be less than a pound and if your interested please reply to comments.

A Great Look At Nutrition

I love beastmodaldomains every article makes me laugh. Much of what is said is true and I love the way he takes the piss out of CrossFitters (he is one himself).
This article in particular Paleo Brownies is very funny but also the exact way I now look at nutrition. I have done strict paleo and strict zone and now eat clean and as Karl Steadman says “make informed decisions!” and this article is a really sensible view on the subject. Look out for some classic beastmodaldomains one liners. Think my favourite is “cavemen were too busy cock punching Mastadons”.
